Who we are

TourBox is a property-tour workspace for buyer's agents, operated by Nexhab ("we", "us"). This policy covers the TourBox iOS app and the website at tourbox.nexhab.ai.

What we collect

• Account. Email address, and optionally name, phone, brokerage, license number, and a profile photo. Sign-in is Google or an email one-time code — we do not store a password.
• Buyer records you enter. Names, contact details, budget, and notes you choose to save.
• Property records. Addresses, listing URLs, prices, and other details you enter or that we auto-fill from a listing link you paste.
• Photos and videos. Media you capture in the app or import from your photo library, including date, time, and location embedded in those files when present.
• Location. Your current location when you use it as the starting point for a tour route. We do not track you in the background.
• Voice notes. Audio you record is sent to our transcription service so it can be saved as text on the property.
• Share-link activity. When a buyer opens a link you send, we store views, reactions, and comments so you can follow up.

How we use it

We use this information only to run TourBox:

• Create and secure your account
• Store listings, media, notes, and buyer assignments
• Group imported photos by time and location
• Build share links and tour digests for your buyers
• Send emails you request (for example a share link)
• Transcribe voice notes you record

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Who we share it with

We share data with service providers that help us operate the product:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and media storage
• Google — optional sign-in, and geocoding when you look up an address
• OpenAI — transcription of voice notes you record
• Resend — email delivery when you send a share link
• Listing data providers — when you paste a Zillow or Redfin URL so we can pre-fill listing details

Share links you create are viewable by anyone who has the URL. Do not put information in a share page that you do not want that recipient to see.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. You can delete buyers, properties, media, and share links from the app. To delete your account and associated data, open Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your login, workspace, photos, buyers, and share links. Questions: support@nexhab.ai.

Children

TourBox is a professional tool for real-estate agents. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of TourBox after an update means you accept the revised policy.
